A Brookie is a unique, thick, and loaded treat that combines the best two of both worlds— a brownie or blondie and a cookie!

At My Thick Loaded Cookies, our Loaded Brookies are all about texture and flavour. Each one is baked with a gooey centre and cookie filling, with crispy anf flavourful toppings, so it basically offers you that perfect balance between soft chew and satisfying crunch. :)

A deep dish cookie is a thick, oversized cookie, baked in a pan or dish, creating a gooey and crispy texture throughout. It’s like a cross between a cookie and a brownie/blondie, with the thickness and depth of a mini cake.

Each cookie is loaded with mix-ins like chocolate chips, candies, or nuts, even random cookies all over it, making it a rich and satisfying treat in every bite.

Yes! We offer local delivery within specific areas. Once your order is ready, we will reach out to arrange a delivery time that works for both of us.

My Jumbo is our signature thick and loaded deep-dish style brookie, generously sized at approximately 4” across, weighing at about 6-7oz.

Loaded Classics are slightly smaller than My Jumbo, weighing between 4-5oz, but still packed with all the indulgent flavours you love in a more approachable size! Haha

Please note that because all our treats are homemade, they may vary slightly in shape or size, adding to the charm of home-baked goods. Perfect for indulging or sharing (if you must!).

Whether you want a small taste or a full treat, we have the perfect size for you! :)

For the best experience, reheat your brookie in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or pop them in microwave for 10-15 seconds to enjoy that fresh-baked gooey-ness.

Room Temperature: Stays fresh for 3-4 days in an airtight container

Refrigerated: Lasts up to 2 weeks but may firm up; reheat to regain gooeyness.

Frozen: Keeps for up to 3 months; reheat for a fresh, gooey texture.

Absolutely! Our goodies are made to be extra gooey and indulgent in the center. The gooeyness comes from a rich mix of butter and sugar, and we ensure that all ingredients are fully baked and safe to eat.

If you prefer a firmer texture, simply refrigerate them for a bit or heat them slightly before enjoying.

We understand that dietary needs vary! We are working on egg-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free options, but they are only available for selected items. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the order notes or by selecting your preference in the dropdown menu so we can try to accommodate your request.

For our plant-based options, we use ingredients that are free from animal products. However, we do not label them as strictly “vegan” out of respect for those who follow different standards (such as avoiding palm oil or specific processing methods).
